Refund Policy:We will gladly refund any show passes up to 30 days before the show, minus a service charge of $15.00 per badge. Items purchased like T-shirts and Lanyards and Flea Market Permits are not refundable. Passes which include these kinds of items are not refundable.You must notify us in writing or via email of your cancellation by the deadline. We will not refund any show passes 60 days after purchase and/or 30 days before the event.
Pacificon Forever, Avalon Forever, PAC/SAC, and Field General passes are non-refundable and non-transferable, cannot be resold, and are only good for the person for whom it is issued.
